We guarantee delivery within 24 hours for orders placed before 12:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays).
Every order of fresh caviar is packed in an insulated bag/box with premium gel ice packs to maintain perfect temperature and freshness.
The parcel is hand‑delivered on your selected delivery day.

We use DHL for most deliveries outside London. All our caviar is packed with gel ice packs to ensure premium quality upon arrival. We ship with next‑day delivery service as standard to ensure your caviar arrives in perfect condition.
Standard Delivery Schedule:
If you are not available at the agreed delivery address and time, your order will be returned to our depot. Le Grand Caviar cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries if the agreed delivery window is not met.
While we work with the best couriers, occasional delays may occur once a parcel leaves our facility. We will always do our utmost to ensure successful delivery.
