Fernanda Mereb has dedicated her career to the world of luxury — curating unforgettable experiences across private travel, fine dining, and exclusive events.

Her journey with caviar began in a small but ambitious project: creating handmade caviar pasta dishes from home. What started as a garnish quickly became a fascination with the history, tradition, and artistry of caviar itself. That fascination grew into a lifelong passion, and eventually, into Le Grand Caviar — a brand built on reverence, taste, and beauty.

What is the best way to store caviar?

Caviar should always be kept refrigerated between 28–32°F (-2–0°C). Once opened, consume within 1–2 days for the best taste and texture.

How long does caviar last unopened?

Caviar that is unopened and stored correctly will stay fresh for up to 3 months in the coldest part of your refrigerator.

How should caviar be served?

Caviar is best enjoyed chilled, served directly from the tin or on a non-metallic spoon (mother-of-pearl, bone, or glass). Pair with blinis, toast points, or lightly buttered bread.

Can I freeze caviar?

Freezing is not recommended for premium sturgeon caviar as it can affect texture and taste.

What’s the difference between premium grades of caviar?

Grades are determined by egg size, color, firmness, and flavor. Higher grades have larger, more uniform pearls with a rich, smooth taste.

  • UK Nationwide: next-day tracked delivery.
  • Europe: 24–72 hours express courier delivery, depending on the destination.
Do you guarantee product condition on delivery?

Yes — we stand behind every order. If your delivery arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours (with a photo) so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How should I store my caviar?

Keep caviar refrigerated between 0–4°C. Unopened tins last until their best-before date. Once opened, consume within 48 hours for best quality.

What accessories can I order?
